Chef Michelle

For the owner and Executive Chef, Michelle Hamrick, Geralds is the realization of a long-time dream. Michelle has an entrepreneur’s heart that is filled with a passion for great food and the warmth of family. Her career as a chef started at Applebee’s, then led to her becoming head chef of ‘At Home Gourmet’, and ultimately found her crowned as champ of Lynchburg’s premier chef contest “Making The Chef”.

Her love of family is at the center of her motivation. In her short words: “I have a beautiful daughter, the coolest friends ever, and a wonderfully crazy family. Can life get any better? Oh yeah, and then there is chocolate.”
